1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nustal online casino platform, including all gaming services, payment processing, customer support, and promotional offers provided through the website located at nustal.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users, players, visitors, and any person or entity accessing nustal services.

By registering an account with nustal, you represent and warrant that:

Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your actual location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To create a nustal account, you must complete the registration form accurately and completely, providing:

• Your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• A mobile phone number registered in your name for verification purposes;
• Your date of birth demonstrating you meet minimum age requirements;

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with nustal. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If nustal detects that you have opened or are operating more than one account, we reserve the right to close all such accounts immediately, void all bets placed through duplicate accounts, forfeit any winnings obtained through such accounts, and potentially pursue legal action for fraud.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

nustal implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must provide government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). 3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify nustal customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. nustal shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided to nustal is accurate, current, and complete at all times. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities. You must regularly review your account statements and transaction history. Any discrepancies, errors, or unauthorized transactions must be reported to nustal customer support within seven (7) days of occurrence. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the matter.

3.4 Prohibited Account Sharing

Your nustal account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. You may not permit any other person to access your account or place bets using your credentials. Any such unauthorized use will be deemed a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

nustal accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player status. Verified accounts may request increased deposit limits by contacting customer support. nustal reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits based on responsible gaming considerations or regulatory requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through our KYC process. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless such method is unavailable, in which case nustal will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Sunday). Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing procedures. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional verification requirements.

4.5 Withdrawal Fees

nustal does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee of PHP 50 per transaction. Premium VIP members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals. Payment providers may charge their own fees beyond nustal's control.

4.6 Bonus Fund Restrictions

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. You may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before completing requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are available only to eligible players who meet specific criteria as outlined in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, email address, payment method, and shared computer. Abuse of promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account termination.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus and are clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits with Bonus Funds

When wagering with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply to prevent bonus abuse. The maximum bet per spin or hand is PHP 100 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower, unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while wagering bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses and free spins expire if not used within the specified validity period, typically 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Once expired, bonus funds and any winnings derived from such funds will be removed from your account without notice.

5.5 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

nustal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from participating in bonuses and promotions at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect bonus abuse or violation of terms.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on the nustal Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG at the moment of play and cannot be altered by nustal, the player, or any third party. nustal does not and cannot influence game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game available on nustal has specific rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages accessible through the game's information section. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before playing. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that particular game.

6.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, all affected bets and payouts are void. nustal will investigate such incidents and restore any funds incorrectly deducted from player accounts. However, nustal shall not be liable for any losses resulting from malfunctions, including but not limited to lost gaming opportunities or potential winnings.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits clearly displayed. nustal reserves the right to adjust betting limits based on player status, game type, or business considerations. High-limit play may be available to VIP members upon request and approval.

6.5 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during game play, any bets already placed will stand and be settled according to the game outcome. For live dealer games, your hand will be played according to optimal strategy if disconnection occurs after cards are dealt. Funds will be credited to your account accordingly.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions;

7.2 Bonus Abuse

7.3 System Abuse

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to disguise your location;
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

7.4 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances including deposits and winnings, reversal of previous withdrawals, legal action seeking damages, and reporting to appropriate authorities. nustal reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against users who violate these Terms.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by nustal

nustal reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited activities;
• Your account activity suggests money laundering or other financial crimes;
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses risks to nustal or other players.

8.2 Termination by nustal

nustal may terminate your account and these Terms at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, failure to provide required verification documents, or business considerations. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Any remaining balance in a terminated account will be handled according to the circumstances of termination and applicable law.

8.3 Termination by Player

You may close your nustal account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds. Any bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Once closed, you may not reopen your account without nustal's express written consent.

8.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason:

• All rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease;
• You must immediately cease all use of the Platform;
• nustal may retain your information as required for legal, regulatory, or business purposes;
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The nustal Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. nustal does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nustal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, errors, or malfunctions.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall nustal's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nustal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

nustal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. Some changes may require you to affirmatively accept the new Terms before you can continue using the Platform.

10.1 Additional Terms

Certain features, games, or promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions. No waiver by nustal of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by nustal to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.6 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
